Harrington Park, A Scenic Surprise
Located on the traditional lands of the Dharawal people, Harrington Park is a leafy suburb encompassed by the Harrington Forest and parts of the Cumberland Plain Woodland. Its beginnings stem from a colonial land grant issued to sea trader Captain William Douglas Campbell in 1813, as compensation for the loss of his ship Harrington to convicts.
